Duane Chapman – better known throughout the world as Dog the Bounty Hunter – is the star of A&E’s hit reality show that chronicles Dog’s hunt of wanted criminals. He’s also the owner of Da Kine Bail Bonds in Honolulu, Hawaii which he runs with his wife Beth and his two sons Duane Lee and Leland. Chapman’s reality show, Dog the Bounty Hunter premiered on A&E in 2004 and is still a ratings success in its sixth season. In 2007, he released his autobiography, You Can Run But You Can’t Hide. The book which reached #1 on the New York Times Best Seller list gives an inside perspective of both the bounty hunting business and Dog’s personal experiences. While some bail businesses have disapproved of Chapman’s combative approach to capturing the bad guys, television viewers across North America have become loyal and devoted fans of the self-proclaimed “Greatest Bounty Hunter in the World.” He is credited with more than 6,000 captures in his career … the most famous being the controversial pursuit of serial rapist and fugitive Andrew Luster which led Dog and his team to Mexico. Dog the Bounty Hunter will be appearing at Boulevard Casino’s Red Robinson Show Theatre in July to share his many stories and some laughs.
