With his out-of-this-world vocal range and unique musical style, singer-songwriter Adam Lambert is the ultimate glam rock superstar who had millions of viewers hooked by his performances on the eighth season of FOX’s American Idol. Despite coming up second in the competition, Lambert received an equal amount of press attention including his making the cover of Rolling Stone last June. Prior to Idol, Lambert had appeared in numerous theatrical productions including playing the role of “Joshua” in The Ten Commandments: The Musical opposite Val Kilmer in 2004. Following Idol, Hi Fi Recordings and Wilshire Records released Take One … an album featuring a compilation of songs that Lambert had recorded back in 2005. And just this past November, he released his debut album, For Your Entertainment on RCA Records. The album – which went to #3 on the Billboard 200 – includes the title track and lead single along with the soundtrack song, “Time For Miracles” from the blockbuster film, 2012 and his current single “Whataya Want From Me” which was written by Pink and Max Martin. Additional tracks include “Aftermath,” “Strut” and “Fever” which he co-wrote with Lady Gaga. Adam Lambert will be performing his first exclusive concert in Canada when he appears at the River Rock Casino Resort in April.
