Caribbean Stud

Caribbean Stud Poker® is a five-card poker game with the added excitement of a progressive jackpot (minimum $5,000).

Object of the Game
To beat the dealer's hand.

How to Play
Prior to any cards being dealt, players must place an ante bet in order to participate in the game. Then play begins. Each player receives five cards face down. The dealer receives five cards face down and turns the top card face up. Players have one of two options:

  1. Fold - if you do not wish to continue in the game, the dealer takes your ante bet and your hand is finished.
  2. Play - you must place a bet equal to double your ante in the betting square.

Payouts
When all betting is complete, the dealer reveals his or her four remaining cards. The dealer must have an Ace and King or a higher-ranking hand to qualify to play. If not, the hand is over, you receive even money (one to one) on your ante bet and no action is taken on your bet wager. If the dealer qualifies, your poker hand is compared to the dealer's hand. If your hand beats the dealer's hand you receive even money on your ante bet and even money or higher (based on the following payout table) on your bet wager.

How to Win Progressive Jackpot
For Caribbean Stud, there is a side bet which costs $1 in order to qualify to play for the "progressive" jackpot. If you hold any of the following hands and you played the side bet, the table below denotes what the payout will be.
